Channel Letters

We have two methods of fabricating channel letters:

The most economical uses .040 pre-finished aluminum backs and sides, with a riveted hem in back. Many Standard colors are available.

For a more rigid letter, we fabricate the letters using .063 sides with .080 backs and are continuously welded at the edge for a seamless look. Any style or size can be fabricated.

Illumination using low voltage  LED's, wired to UL standards

Fabricated Aluminum Letters

This system consists of a 1/8” thick aluminum face with a 2” deep beveled extruded aluminum frame for added strength and beauty. A 2” square aluminum post comes standard, or and of the series 3
posts can be used as an option. The posts are designed with three options: flush mount or two
reveal positions. All surfaces are chemically washed, etched, primed and painted with two part acrylic polyurethane finish. We will match any Pantone color at no additional charge. Custom shapes available. 

Illuminated side cabin

Our illuminated sign cabinets are available single or double faced, 6”, 8”, or 12” deep. The cabinets are designed to accept rigid or flex faces. The cabinets are wired to UL specifications, including a UL label and disconnect switch. All surfaces are chemically washed, etched, primed and painted with a two­part acrylic polyurethane finish for exceptional long­life and durability. Custom Shapes available.
